I met Joette years ago. I had just listed my home for sale when my agent suffered a stroke. Joette took over for him and worked tirelessly to get the house sold for me. Fast forward maybe 12 years and my husband and myself find ourselves looking a beach house on the North Carolina coast. We met Joette at an open house that she was showing in the fall of 2020 on the first day we started home hunting along the coastal area of NC. While this house was not for us, we really liked her professionalism and personality. We asked her on the spot to be our buyer agent. She listened to what our must haves and wants in a home and neighborhood were. She was so on top of new listings that checked our boxes that after a day of looking at 5 houses in January, just as we started our drive back to Raleigh, she called because the home we just closed on today was just being listed. Less than a few hours after the selling agent made this home public, we viewed it and had it in contract.

Joette has been an angel in this awful purchasing process. Throughout the pitfalls we came across looking at houses to the lending process, Joette has been there to help guide and advise. I met Joette years ago. I had just listed my home for sale when my agent suffered a stroke. Joette took over for him and worked tirelessly to get the house sold for me. Fast forward maybe 12 years and my husband and myself find ourselves looking a beach house on the North Carolina coast. My husband remembered seeing Joette on my FACEBOOK and that she worked the beach area now. I immediately reached out to her and she was more than happy to help me again. After showing us several homes, we decided upon the one we wanted and began the negotiation process. After going back and forth several times, we finally settled on a price. The whole process was quick and easy as she took the reins. If I were to ever need a realtor in her area again or know someone else that did, she would definitely be the go to.
